Aero-what?

Les Mills classes changed the way I look at gyms or exercising for that matter.

I started with Body Combat, Body Balance, and Body Jam – I thought they were hard until I progressed to Body Attack,  Body Step, and Body Pump.  Alternating between the cardio, toning, and balance classes helped me in my weight-loss journey.

I used to go twice or thrice a week when work permitted. And then I sort of got hooked and decided to go 6-8 hours a week – sometimes going to 3 classes per day. After a while, I became used to the routine and would go 4-6 hours a week but still maintaining the weight. I guess my main motivation was to lose enough weight to brave wearing a bikini top come my Philippine holiday and consequently Boracay trip 4 months later – which I was able to achieve (woohoo!!).

My favourite classes are Body Attack, Body Step, and Body Pump. Hi I’m Trish, and I’m an aerobics-holic!
